Jed is an avid real estate broker and investor. He has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes all over the triangle over the past 8 years. He has extensive experience in new home construction, home renovation, and investment real estate. After managing the real estate sales division for a new home builder over 5 counties he founded a real estate firm based in Durham, N.C. He has mastered the art of short sales, foreclosures, and REOs. He has also had a tremendous amount of success rehabbing properties to sell for their maximum potential. He won the Bronze Level award for Sales Volume selling more than $2.7 million in 2011. He also won the Silver Level award for Homes Sold in 2011 with 20 homes. Jed was born in Denver, Colorado, but then grew up in Pennsylvania and Virginia where he attended college at Virginia Tech receiving a degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in math and computer science. He is an active member of a BNI chapter in Durham and participates in a business Men's Bible Study at the Summit where he attends church. He is also a small group bible study leader with his wife, Ashley Gronewald. They work together as part of Regan & Company as real estate agents and advisors and live in North Raleigh in the home they have recently bought and renovated together. Jed has made working by referral the center of his real estate business and has more than doubled his business over the last 12 months as a result.
