A tough real estate market is a “professional’s market”. You need a full-service agent to help you do everything right so your home will be the one buyers choose. “Limited service” brokers do not have time to help you get everything right, and trying to sell your home by yourself will leave you helpless. Good agents have ongoing, productive relationships with other good agents, and can get them to bring buyers to your home.
