Bill Cobey is a full service Real Estate Broker and Broker in Charge of Regan and Company.  He uses a team of assistants to get the job done right efficiently and effectively. Bill has been involved with the Real Estate market since 1994 and earned his Brokers license in 2001. He is a native of North Carolina growing up in the Chapel Hill/Durham area and has been married to his wife Oksana since August 2005.  They are expecting a son, Winter Cobey in early June 2009.  Bill excels in his business because he only works by referral which produces excellent care for the needs of his clients before, during and after each transaction.  A sense of personal gratitude is felt when he helps his clients achieve their goal of either selling their house or buying a new home.
