Ashley Gronewald won the "Rookie of the Year" award her first year in real estate and has gone on to win the Silver Level award for Sales Volume selling more than $5 million in 2011. She also won the Bronze Level award for "Average Days on Market" averaging 42 days in 2011 and the Silver Level award for Homes Sold in 2011 with 26 homes. She was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio and went on to receive a Bachelors of Science from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Ashley is the President of "She's Connected," a local women's networking group, and the leader of a Business Women's Bible Study. She attends the Summit Church in Durham with her husband, Jed Gronewald, and has been married since 2010. They work together at Regan and Company as real estate agents and advisors and live in North Raleigh with their dog Hershey.
